Tiger Analytics, a global leader in AI and advanced analytics, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Bihar at the India-AI Impact Summit 2026, hosted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The collaboration will establish one of India’s largest Artificial Intelligence Centres of Excellence (AI CoE) in Bihar, signaling a major step in the state’s emergence as a national hub for AI innovation.
The Bihar AI Centre of Excellence aims to create a self-sustaining AI ecosystem that nurtures talent, drives innovation, and delivers long-term societal benefits. Developed in partnership with IIT Patna and a consortium of key ecosystem stakeholders, the Centre will focus on accelerating AI-led innovation, enhancing skills, and promoting AI adoption across government, industry, and academia. It will act as a central hub for AI research, infrastructure development, citizen services, and large-scale AI upskilling, equipping students, professionals, and institutions throughout Bihar to thrive in an AI-driven economy.
As the official Industry Partner, Tiger Analytics will provide global AI expertise to lead the Centre’s initiatives. Its contributions will include designing and implementing large-scale AI training programs for students, professionals, and government officials; conducting applied research aligned with the state’s development priorities; and developing scalable, responsible AI solutions to support public institutions and governance.

As part of the AI Impact Expo held alongside the summit, Tiger Analytics participated at the Bihar Pavillion (Bihar Government’s booth), highlighting how AI can be applied at scale across public systems, supported by the company’s expertise in data engineering, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solution development.
