Exxelia, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-reliability passive components and precision subsystems, will exhibit at the upcoming Electronica 2026 trade fair in Munich, Germany, from November 10 to November 13, 2026. Technical staff and product specialists will be located in Hall A6, Booth 419, presenting four primary areas of new product development.
Film Capacitor Innovations for harsh environments
The exhibition will feature Exxelia’s advanced film capacitor series engineered for demanding thermal and electrical specifications. Key components on display include:
• CM-HVLP: A high-voltage (4kVdc), low-profile reconstituted mica capacitor series developed to maximize capacitance (up to 750nF) within constrained PCB footprints while maintaining high breakdown voltage characteristics.

• CF-PP140: All the advantages of polypropylene film capacitors for continuous operation up to 140°C. These components offer highly stable electrical properties and low dielectric losses, suitable for high-frequency power electronics.
• HIGH TEMP Film 200°C
Integration of Exxelia CalRamic Technologies
Following its recent acquisition, Exxelia will proudly present CalRamic components onto its booth. The exhibit will highlight CalRamic’s specialized high-voltage and high-frequency ceramic capacitors. Particular emphasis will be placed on the CalRamic Single Layer Disc capacitors, which are engineered for power supplies, commercial avionics, and RF applications requiring very low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and high dielectric strength.

Smart Integrated Magnetics and Exxelia SVM Busbars
Addressing the industry requirement for miniaturization in power conversion, Exxelia will detail its Smart Integrated Magnetics alongside its comprehensive range of SVM Busbars. The 2-in-1 integrated magnetics combine the inductor and the transformer functions into a single core structure to optimize power density and distribution. This consolidated architecture allows systems engineers to significantly reduce overall component footprint and weight. In conjunction, Exxelia will display various busbar topologies designed for efficient high-current distribution and optimized thermal management.

Stator Manufacturing and Industrialization Support
The final focus area will detail Exxelia’s stator manufacturing capabilities, highlighting the operational capacity and production flexibility of its Morocco-based facilities. The technical team will outline the company’s industrialization support framework, demonstrating expertise in raw material selection, winding processes, and custom manufacturing processes required for high-end aerospace, defense, and industrial motor applications.

Engineers, buyers, and supply chain professionals attending Electronica 2026 are invited to Hall A6, Booth 419, to review technical specifications and discuss application requirements with Exxelia’s engineering staff.
