Powered by Jetson AGX Orin series, it features Ampere GPU architecture coupled with Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, delivering up to 275 TOPS of AI performance and offering 8X performance upgrade compared with Jetson AGX Xavier. The industrial variant offers 64GB LPDDR5 with ECC support, while the 64GB and 32GB models provide high-capacity memory options to match diverse application requirements. All variants include 64GB eMMC 5.1 onboard storage and support for wide temperature operation from -25°C to 50°C, making them suitable for deployment in harsh industrial environments.

For serial communications, the system provides two RS-232/422/485 ports via DB9 connector and onboard wafer. USB connectivity is abundant with four USB 3.2 Gen2x1 Type A ports.
