PROSE Technologies is showcasing its highly acclaimed and recently launched ‘PROTREEM’ Passive Antenna Family, consisting of high efficiency beam shaping antennas in a bid to enhance wireless communication services through improved radiation and coverage efficiency. In a development which can bring in marked improvement in coverage efficiency of almost 20-25%, the latest product from PROSE will also ensure 25% less energy consumption, providing big relief to operator’s energy budget.

Mr. Arshad Fakhri, President (India Region), PROSE Technologies said: “This high efficiency BSA will prove to be a milestone in India and global telecom sector. With increased efficiency the ‘PROTREEM’ antenna reduces the need for installation of more and more towers, thereby lowering the dependence on land availability and acquisition. Also, the lower power consumption gives a major fillip to our and the country’s commitment to lower carbon footprint.”

In terms of efficiency, the antenna comes with improved radio frequency (RF) performance due to its innovative “Air Stripline” structure for lower insertion loss. Its high tilt accuracy and improved pattern performance aids in better coverage area.

The product also comes with high directivity with good beam shaping technology. Besides a robust design, the company has also used several of its patented technologies, making it a first of its kind product in the wireless communications space. It comes with patented radome technology, end cap solution among others. Serving over 100 network operators and service providers, PROSE Technologies is supporting people and enterprises in about 68 countries in terms of wireless communications. The company along with its manufacturing and in-house R&D process has also been at the forefront of sustainable operations.
