Antaira is an American manufacturer of devices designed for creating and scaling industrial network infrastructure. This week, we recommend the LNX-500 and LNX-800 series switches from the manufacturer.
Unmanaged Ethernet LNX switches are a proposal for customers requiring exceptional durability and performance. They offer ease of installation and a high level of protection for EFT (Electrical Fast Transient) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). They have dual power input with reverse polarity protection and metal enclosures. They require a voltage range of from 12V to 48V DC (power consumption up to 7.5W). A built-in relay can warn of power failure, triggering an external signal.
It is also worth noting that the switches are adapted to work in a wide range of temperatures: standard is -10…70°C, and for special versions (“T”): from -40°C to 75°C. In this way, the switches are resistant to difficult conditions typical for industrial halls. Mounting devices in production plants or warehouses will be facilitated by accessories for wall or DIN rail installation.
From the TME catalog, versions equipped with 5 or 8 RJ45 sockets can be purchased. The devices support gigabit transmission speed (i.e., up to 1Gb/s).
