Garuda Aerospace Partners with Micron for Defence Drones

Garuda Aerospace, which is preparing for an IPO, has signed an MoU with Micron Instruments, an Indian company specializing in precision fuzes, defense ammunition systems, and other critical military components. The collaboration aims to strengthen indigenous defense capabilities by combining the strengths of both firms in advanced manufacturing.

Through this agreement, both companies will work on joint product distribution, co-development of technologies, and defence-oriented projects. By merging Micron Instruments’ expertise in custom fuze design with Garuda Aerospace’s drone technology, they plan to develop advanced indigenous solutions such as loitering munitions, payload-equipped UAVs, and next-generation unmanned defence systems.
