Garuda Aerospace Signs MoU with Australia’s Timed Automation

IPO-bound drone technology firm Garuda Aerospace has entered into an MoU with Australia-based Timed Automation Solutions (TAS), which specialises in enterprise autonomous drone platforms. The agreement sets out a framework for technical collaboration, knowledge exchange and exploring new opportunities in the autonomous drone industry.

The partnership combines Garuda Aerospace’s drone manufacturing and solution capabilities with TAS’s expertise in autonomous aerial operations, drone-in-a-box systems, fleet management, AI-powered image analysis and enterprise integrations. The companies will explore non-exclusive opportunities including product distribution, joint technology development and domestic as well as international projects, with potential applications in agriculture, infrastructure monitoring and remote operations.

Building on its existing partnerships across the aerospace, defence, and technology ecosystem, the company continues to expand its capabilities while creating new opportunities in autonomous drone technologies and global markets. In 2025, Garuda Aerospace also secured export licence approvals, supporting potential expansion into the Australian market.
