Greenzo Energy India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lord’s Mark Industries to co-develop green hydrogen and renewable energy projects across Uttar Pradesh.
The partnership aims to establish around 60 MW of green hydrogen capacity, alongside solar rooftop installations integrated with battery energy storage systems, in major cities such as Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi, and Lucknow.
Under the agreement, Greenzo Energy will act as the technology provider and EPC partner, handling engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Lord’s Mark Industries will lead as the project developer and investor, managing funding, regulatory clearances, overall project execution, and commercial arrangements.
The collaboration also builds on Lord’s Mark’s earlier agreement with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, which outlined renewable energy investments exceeding ₹2,000 crore. Together, the companies aim to advance green hydrogen infrastructure in the state and support industrial decarbonisation efforts.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director, Greenzo Energy India Limited, said,
“This collaboration represents an important step in accelerating the deployment of green hydrogen infrastructure at scale. By combining our indigenous hydrogen technology and EPC expertise with Lord’s Mark’s strong project development capabilities, we aim to support Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy vision and contribute meaningfully to India’s clean energy and decarbonisation objectives.”
Mr. Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director, Lord’s Mark Industries Limited, added,
“Our partnership with Greenzo Energy brings together strong development expertise and proven hydrogen technology capabilities. This collaboration aligns with Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy roadmap and will help execute large-scale, sustainable green hydrogen projects delivering long-term economic and environmental benefits.”
The MoU is valid for a period of five years and provides a structured framework for joint participation in upcoming green hydrogen and renewable energy opportunities in the state.
This strategic alliance further reinforces Greenzo Energy’s growing role in delivering scalable, indigenous, and commercially viable hydrogen solutions across India, while strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s position as an emerging hub for clean energy investments.
