Mouser Electronics, the industry’s leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, is now stocking the HaLowLink 2 long-range sub-1 GHz Wi-Fi gateway from Morse Micro. The HaLowLink 2 is an all-in-one Wi-Fi HaLow router, access point, and extender designed to unlock the full potential of Morse Micro’s Wi-Fi HaLow technology. Powered by Morse Micro’s newest and highest-performing chipset, the HaLowLink 2 is ideal for large-scale IoT deployment and expansive environments such as smart cities, industrial and commercial campuses, and agriculture.
The Morse Micro HaLowLink 2 gateway, now at Mouser, features the MM8108 Wi-Fi HaLow System-on-Chip (SoC), which delivers 43 Mbps throughput at extended range. The HaLowLink 2 can be deployed as a router, access point, and extender to create a network optimized for HaLow devices. When paired with a second HaLowLink 2, it creates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi hotspots beyond the reach of traditional Wi-Fi, enabling robust connectivity for non-HaLow devices. Users can connect up to 1,000 IoT end devices with the HaLowLink 2 gateway, and the Sub-1 GHz signal penetrates multiple floors and walls.
The HaLow 2 simplifies deployment and improves performance across regions worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and Japan, and includes region-specific antennas and power adapters. The HaLowLink 2 long-range gateway features an intuitive industrial design and plug-and-play connectivity.
