Mouser Electronics, the authorized global distributor with the newest semiconductors and electronic components, announced a distribution agreement with Marki Microwave, an innovator in the radio frequency and microwave industry for more than 30 years. Marki Microwave supports the aerospace and defense, test and measurement, and space sectors, along with other demanding end markets where performance is critical. The company offers a broad portfolio of industry-leading mixers, baluns, filters, amplifiers, and limiters across all form factors, including die, surface mount, carrier, connectorized, and waveguide solutions.
Marki Microwave’s connectorized components are optimized from connector to connector and include unique hybrid designs, stripline and low-loss suspended-substrate designs, and MMIC-integrated solutions. The connectorized portfolio covers amplifiers, baluns, couplers, filters, mixers, multipliers, power dividers, limiters, and terminations for RF and microwave systems. Covering frequencies from DC to 135 GHz and handling up to 200 W of power, Marki Microwave’s connectorized components are engineered for high linearity, low conversion loss, and excellent return loss across wide bandwidths.
Marki Microwave continues to advance RF and microwave mixer technology with broad frequency coverage, excellent isolation, and low conversion loss. The MM1-0222LS GaAs MMIC double-balanced mixer operates from 2 GHz to 22 GHz and supports both upconversion and downconversion applications across S, C, X, and Ku bands. Featuring high LO-to-RF isolation and strong spurious suppression, the mixer is ideal for low-power frequency conversion applications requiring high linearity.
Marki Microwave baluns are engineered to deliver precise phase and amplitude balance with strong common mode suppression across broad bandwidths. Using proprietary design and assembly techniques, these baluns are commonly used to interface analog-to-digital converters and digital-to-analog converters. The BAL-0006 broadband balun is hand-tuned for optimal balance from 200 kHz to 6 GHz and is designed for analog-to-digital converters, balanced receivers, baseband digital modulation, and signal integrity applications. The balun features a 2:1 impedance ratio, matched 50 Ohm impedance on all ports, and typical common mode rejection of 40 dB.
Marki Microwave’s connectorized amplifier portfolio provides reliable broadband gain in a compact, easy-to-integrate footprint for laboratory and RF system applications. The ADM1-0026PA broadband distributed amplifier serves as a complete LO driver solution for Marki mixers up to 26.5 GHz. This GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier integrates bias circuitry and delivers broadband 50 Ohm matching, unconditional stability, and output power up to +20 dBm, making it well-suited for laboratory and test and measurement environments.
