The MediaTek Genio 360 GenAI-Capable IoT Platform, available from Mouser, enables GenAI capabilities at the edge, with an advanced hexa-core Cortex-A76 Big-CPU (@ up to 2.0 GHz), a 5-core Cortex-A55 configuration (@ up to 2.0 GHz), an on-chip 8th-generation MediaTek NPU delivering 5.1 TOPS, and a total system performance of over 6 TOPS. Alongside the Genio 360, the pin-compatible Genio 360P features 2x Arm Cortex-A76 and 6x Arm Cortex-A55 cores with higher NPU performance. The Genio 360 platform consists of application processors (the Genio 360 and 360P) and the MT6366 Power Management IC (PMIC), optimized for IoT devices and maximum battery life. The Genio 360 enables a rich multimedia experience, supporting a single 4K60 display or dual displays at FHD60 resolution, a single 16MP camera at 30fps, or up to 6xFHD30 cameras via MIPI virtual channels and 4K30 video decode.
The MediaTek Genio 360 supports Android, IoT Yocto, and Ubuntu OS, with a rich I/O capability that includes PCIe Gen2, USB 3.2 Gen1, dual USB 2.0, and GbE MAC (TSN) interfaces. The Genio 360 comes pre-integrated with Wi-Fi 5 for the lowest system cost, while also supporting more advanced Wi-Fi options via external solutions, enabling a wide range of consumer, industrial, and enterprise applications.
