- MCP3564R, an 8-channel, 153.6 ksps, low noise 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal voltage reference
- MCP33131-10, a 1 Msps 16-bit single-ended input successive approximation register (SAR) ADC
- MCP9804, a ±0.25°C typical accuracy digital temperature sensor
- MCP9700B, a low-power linear active thermistor
- MCP6444, a 450 nA, 9 kHz operational amplifier (op-amp), configured as a three op amp instrumentation amplifier (INA)
- MCP6N16, a zero-drift INA
