The Murata MCA3400-D01 accelerometer combines robustness, low noise density, good linearity, and high offset stability over temperature and time. The SCA3400-D01 is designed for industrial applications that require stability and accuracy in harsh environments. The module offers 0.5 mg offset drift over the lifetime for the X and Y axes and 2m mg for the Z axis. The offset error introduced by varying the operating temperature is 2 mg on the X and Y axes and 3 mg on the Z axis. The SCA3400 accelerometer from Murata provides exceptional performance in terms of accuracy and exhibits a 1 mg linearity error over a 1.2 g range and a noise density of 20 µg/√Hz. Additional features include a user-selectable dynamic range, low-pass filtering, self-diagnostics, and proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology.
