VIAVI Solutions has revealed its showcase lineup for Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2026, happening March 2–5. At booth 5B18, VIAVI will present its latest network testing, automation, and intelligence solutions, demonstrating technologies in security and quantum-safe communications, mission-critical networks, AIOps, AI data centers, and 6G/AI-RAN.
“Traditionally separate domains like networks, AI, security, wireless, photonics, and sensing are now merging into a single, integrated system,” said Sameh Yamany, Chief Technology Officer at VIAVI. “This convergence is transforming how networks and critical infrastructure are designed, validated, and secured in AI-first environments. At MWC, our focus shifts from testing individual components to evaluating system-wide behavior, trust, and resilience at scale.”
Each day at 4 PM CET, VIAVI will host a live digital twin demonstration showing how all solutions at the booth connect into a complete end-to-end digital twin.
The booth will feature over 30 demonstrations across five core areas, including AI-RAN algorithm training for 6G, AI data center scaling, assured Position, Navigation and Timing (APNT), Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) performance verification, and post-quantum cryptography/quantum key distribution (PQC/QKD) optimization. VIAVI will also display its new ePRTC360+, the only non-Cesium holdover clock capable of maintaining 100 ns accuracy in GNSS-denied conditions.
With technology domains converging, partnerships are increasingly important. VIAVI will showcase joint demonstrations with more than 20 partners, highlighting Agentic AI-RAN digital twins, ray-tracing lab testing of real-world UE behavior, and integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) applications for disaster monitoring. Partners include the AI-RAN Alliance, Amphenol, AWS, Calnex, Ericsson, GlobalLogic, Infosys, ITRI, Nokia, NVIDIA, R Systems, Rohde & Schwarz, and others.
