Wise Integration has appointed Ghislain Kaiser as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a key leadership transition as the company prepares for global growth. Kaiser succeeds co-founder Thierry Bouchet, who will remain with the company as Chief Technology Officer and General Manager, leading international R&D and overseeing technology strategy.

Kaiser brings extensive experience from the semiconductor and deep-tech industries. He co-founded Docea Power in 2006, a French startup that introduced advanced system-level power and thermal modeling tools to address growing energy challenges in chip design. Under his leadership, Docea Power became a market leader and was acquired by Intel in 2015.

Following the acquisition, Kaiser spent nearly ten years at Intel in senior roles, most recently leading global system simulation engineering and customer enablement efforts. His work focused on solving complex performance, power, and thermal issues in cutting-edge technologies including consumer electronics, AI infrastructure, and data centers. Earlier in his career, he held various technical and management roles at STMicroelectronics.

With Kaiser at the helm, Wise Integration is positioning itself to scale its impact in high-growth sectors like artificial intelligence and electric vehicles—both of which demand compact, energy-efficient, and digitally controlled power solutions. The appointment reflects the company’s ambition to strengthen its global footprint and accelerate innovation in next-generation power electronics.

Wise Integration’s Selected Highlights from 2020–2025:
