The Qorvo QPA9510 power amplifier, available from Mouser, is built on Qorvo’s advanced GaAs process and housed in a compact 5 × 5 mm2 QFN package that suits a variety of applications, such as smart metering, industrial telemetry, UHF two-way radios, and other low-band system architectures. The QPA9510 delivers a highly efficient and robust 34 dB of maximum gain, supporting up to +35 dBm P1dB output power, ideal for the final RF stage in space-constrained Sub-1 GHz system designs, including UHF communication systems and long-range IoT platforms.
