The PCI100x Switchtec low-lane-count PCIe switches build on the legacy of Microchip’s high‑performance Switchtec product line. These devices deliver many of the features found in larger data‑center‑class switches, but in a compact, low‑lane‑count format that supports flexible PCIe connectivity and efficient system design. A smaller form factor makes the components ideal for System-on-Chip (SoC) and accelerator interfaces, as well as for expanding port‑ or lane‑limited PCIe connections.
