Mouser Electronics, the industry’s leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, is now stocking the AH3711Q automotive Hall-Effect latches from Diodes Incorporated.
The AH3711Q Hall-Effect latches are designed for brushless DC-motor commutation, angular/linear encoders, speed measurement, and position sensors in automotive applications. The AEC-Q100-qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity AH3711Q is optimized to perform over a 3V to 27V supply range. The chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator provide a temperature-compensated supply for internal circuits.
Featuring a proprietary Hall plate design, the AH3711Q is used for brushless DC (BLDC) motor control, valve operation, linear and incremental rotary encoders, and position-sensing functions. Vehicle applications include window power-lift and sunroof movement, tailgate opening/closing mechanisms, seat adjustment motors, cooling fans, water/oil pumps, and speed measurement.
