The Altivar ATV350 variable speed drives (VSDs) are designed for on-machine mounting with IP66/NEMA4X or IP54/NEMA12 protection for 460 V motors up to 15 hp. The new on-machine ATV350 VSDs are suitable for material handling in logistics, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and airport environments.
The Schneider Electric Altivar ATV350 variable-speed drives, now available at Mouser, mount directly onto conveyor systems, lowering overall costs and reducing wiring complexity and installation time. With daisy-chain network connectivity for Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, and Modbus TCP, the Altivar ATV350s integrate seamlessly into existing control architectures. The Altivar ATV350’s plug-and-play and poka-yoke hardware design minimizes the risk of wiring errors, while user-friendly software allows for remote configuration, control, and monitoring. The Altivar ATV350 VSDs can control synchronous and asynchronous motors with heavy-duty performance, and the enclosure-free design with IP66 and UL Type 4X rating ensures reliable operation in environments exposed to dust, moisture, or washdown procedures. Featuring a small form factor, the Altivar ATV350 VSDs are also suitable for space-constrained environments.
The Altivar ATV350 VSDs include Safe Torque Off (STO) up to a SIL3 rating, with either hardwired or network-based safety integration. The Altivar ATV350 variable speed drives feature a 0.75kW to 11kW (1hp to 15hp) power range, a 380V to 480V voltage range, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +40°C without derating or +40°C to +60°C with derating.
