Power Integrations announced that Nancy Erba will become the company’s chief financial officer starting January 5, 2026. Erba brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience. She previously served as CFO of Infinera Corporation, a provider of optical networking and semiconductor solutions, until its recent acquisition by Nokia. Before that, she was CFO at Immersion Corporation, known for its haptic technology. Earlier in her career, she spent many years at Seagate Technology, where she held a series of senior roles across finance, business operations, and corporate development.
Ms. Erba is a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee at PDF Solutions, a provider of data solutions for the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem. She holds an MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Smith College.
